Partnership terms (please read)

1. Joining CouponX is free of charge. Commission is paid only on sales identified as having come through us.

2. Attribution model: a sale is credited to CouponX if the customer used the CouponX coupon code at purchase, or arrived through a CouponX link and completed a purchase within 30 days (cookie window, last-click). The business owner accepts this model in advance. A sale where the customer's last click before purchase came from another paid channel of the business owner and without using the code may be excluded by mutual agreement.

3. Disputes: the business owner may review the monthly report (including order numbers) and dispute an incorrect or duplicate record within 14 days. After that the report is considered approved.

4. Technical liability: installing the tracking code is the business owner's sole responsibility. CouponX is not liable for any damage, fault, slowdown, error or downtime on the business owner's site — whether caused by the installation or not. Testing, maintenance and support of the site are the business owner's responsibility.

5. There is no commitment to any amount of traffic, clicks or sales.

6. CouponX may remove the business owner from the site at any time, in particular if the tracking code is not active.

7. The business owner undertakes to provide accurate details, a valid coupon code, and a logo they have the right to use.

8. Either party may end the partnership at any time with notice.
