1. General

CouponX (the site, or we) gathers coupons, discount codes and deals for online stores in Israel and worldwide. Use of the site is subject to these terms. Entering and using the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms; if you do not agree to any term, please do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

CouponX is an information platform that aggregates coupons and deals and links to third-party stores. We do not sell products or services, we do not operate the stores, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a store.

3. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on the site are affiliate links. We may earn a commission when you make a purchase through such a link, at no extra cost to you, and this does not affect the price you pay.

4. Accuracy of coupons and deals

Coupons and deals are provided for general information only. We try to keep them updated, but we do not guarantee their validity, availability, discount rate or terms at any given moment. The final terms, including a code's validity and scope, are set solely by the store; we recommend verifying the offer at checkout before completing a purchase.

5. Eligibility and permitted use

Use of the site is permitted for those aged 18 and over and for personal, private use only. No commercial, business or other use may be made of the site without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not, among other things: automatically collect data from the site (scraping, bots or spiders), embed the site or parts of it within another site (framing or mirroring), reverse-engineer or copy code, distribute spam, viruses or malicious code, make any unlawful use, or take any action that harms the proper operation of the site or its servers.

7. Store responsibility and our disclaimer

The site acts only as an intermediary that links to stores. All responsibility for products, prices, stock, delivery, returns and customer service lies solely with the advertising store. Any claim regarding a purchase should be directed to the store. We do not endorse or guarantee any store or product, and users should conduct an independent review before any purchase.

Store trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown for identification purposes only. If you are able to add votes, ratings or comments, you undertake that the content will be lawful, non-offensive and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content, and we may remove it at our discretion.

11. Third-party links

The site includes links to external sites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy policies.

12. Changes to the terms and the site

We may update the terms and the site from time to time at our discretion. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Indemnification

The user undertakes to indemnify the site for any damage, loss or expense caused by a breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Israel.
